Our Team Lightning sessions are for youngsters and adults new to the sport. Tailored around learning about the game, developing techniques and taking part in skill based sessions these sessions still have the priority of creating a fun, enjoyable environment for our members where they can socialise and be part of a team.

It's an ideal opportunity for those with newly acquired lower limb impairments to come into the club, find out more about the sport and explore getting active within adapted physical activity. Our sessions are built around members pursuing their individual goals, whether that it becoming more active, improving fitness, weight loss or working as part of a team.

Family and friends are encouraged to join in and take part, again allowing both disabled and non-disabled people the opportunity of being active at the same time.

All equipment is provided for the cost of a weekly subscription. We aim to keep these fees as low as we can but need to cover our overheads. However, each individual has their first session free so they can see if they like it with no obligation of becoming a member.
