Our Partners
Like with most sports clubs, we simply could not exist without support from our partners. Running an inclusive wheelchair sports club is made up of a huge amount of work behind the scenes as well as the obvious on court tasks at the front end of what we offer. The support our partners provide allows us to run a safe, inclusive club so that our members can focus on their own goals during club sessions, fixtures and events.

We are very fortunate to work with a number of organisations, all of which add value to what we deliver in the local community. Our partners are made up of numerous stakeholders that can be categorised into two main categories; commercial sponsors and governing / support bodies. Our commercial sponsors are critical to ensuring we can cover financial overheads and run a sustainable, cost-effective club that our members can access at a reasonable price. Our commercial sponsors also provide us with in kind support and assist with marketing our opportunities to our target audiences. Whereas the governing / support bodies that we work with ensure we have all the required and necessary structures and safeguards in place, supporting us with our governance and structure if needed whilst also helping to promote our club and the opportunities that we offer.

Our Governing / Support Bodies
It is vitally important that we have everything in place to offer safe, inclusive, quality opportunities for our members. As part of this we affiliate and work with a number of organisations that include the local authority's Leisure Development Team, National Governing Bodies and others who ensure we have all the correct structures and procedures in place.

Through affiliation with British Wheelchair Basketball we obtain our public liability insurance and are able to enter into the various competitions on offer. We are also members of UK Wheelchair Basketball so we can access their grassroots playing opportunities for our members. In addition, we work closely with Ffit Conwy, utilising Creuddyn Leisure Centre as our home and base whilst also working with officers to support the running of the club.

We have completed Disability Sport Wales' insport Bronze standard which checks and challenges our processes ensuring we have all minimum operating standards in place and we are also affiliate members of Sport Conwy, the local voluntary sport council who provide further advice and guidance if needed as well as coach education courses on safeguarding and emergency first aid.

Finally, Macron Sports Hub Wrexham, provide our club with high performance sportswear and bespoke kit that allows our members to order direct from our club shop hosted on their website.
